1) Riverdance at The American Music Theater: May 1
The world-renowned theatrical event, Riverdance, is coming to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. What started as a performance at the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest has turned into one of today’s most popular and widely-known acts.

4) Dutch Wonderland (Weekends in May – Every Day in June)
Dutch Wonderland is the best, most family-friendly amusement park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. There’s something for everyone with over 35 rides, attractions, and shows.
May is the perfect time to visit Dutch Wonderland because it’s not as crowded as in the summer months, but all of the fun rides and attractions are open. They start opening on weekends in May, then open every day starting in June. Check out their tickets and season passes here.
5) Chicago at The American Music Theater: May 10

6) Food Truck Friday Summer Music Series: May 13
The Shops @ Rockvale in Lancaster will host Food Truck Friday Summer Music Series on May 13 from 6-9 pm. There will be live music, food trucks, beverages, games—you name it. You won’t want to miss this fun family event! Stay tuned for more info.
7) Red Rose Run 2022: June 4 (Register by May 31)
The Red Rose Run is on June 4th (but don’t forget to register by May 31)! This annual 5-mile race draws thousands of people both running and watching. It helps raise money for the Central Market Lancaster, which is the oldest continuously running public farmers’ market in the entire country. So when you’re done with your run, stop by the farmers market for some delicious produce, snacks, and so much more.
